Once a purchase is made, you will be provided with a Shipment Confirmation email and it will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active with 24-48 hours.
On all retail website orders, we may ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. All products may or may not be available in your area. We are not responsible for shipments intercepted by foreign customs or import services.
Customers from the United States and its territories can expect to receive their order within three (3) to seven (7) business days; international orders may take four (2) to six (6) weeks, depending on the destination. Expedited Shipping is available upon checkout.
Please contact us directly with any shipping questions. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hrs. If a product had been damaged; we replace the order free of charge.
Can I order products at wholesale pricing? Yes, if you are an approved distributor. You will need to contact us at email@example.com to become a distributor. Minimum purchase requirements may apply and you will need to send us a copy of your re-seller’s license.
